I treat information in a way that it is received by the recipient as intended by the sender. To receive the best possible idea of the recipient’s view, it helps to step into his shoes and to see his world from as many angles, aspects and levels as possible. The outcome serves as the basis for the information treatment.
Information is packed in code such as language, images etc. The task is to choose the appropriate code so that the recipient is able to decipher it as barrier-free as possible. Only if this works is the recipient able to attend to the content of the information. I primarily deal with the „how to“. The „what“, i.e. the content, is adjusted accordingly.
To pay attention to the subtext of the communication, i.e. to read between the lines, minimizes barriers between people or even prevents these barriers from arising in the first place.
The less barriers the larger the disposition to attend to the content of the information.
